GetHuman-430862: I called four separate times and was put on hold each time and was disconnected with no resolution and no call backs. I lost power on **** because an idiot drunk driver took out the pole with the transformer for my house. JCP&L told me there was no power outage even the I told them I saw the truck trying to restore power.
