GetHuman-140123: I have been claiming jsa but was put on esa due to mental health problems on the advice of my disability advisor and my doctor . The claim is three weeks old now and the staff of this number say that they have only just recieved my claim ! If I was a real 'customer' as they like to call us ,and they were an accountable business ,the lot of them would be sacked .I am now penniless and stressed and they have intimated that it is somehow my fault . My advice is don't switch benefit for any reason ,it will result in poverty and hopelessness. Bad Bad service !
