~Randy: Customer Service? Sorry I can't help you have to talk with the Territory Rep. OK can you give me that information. NO you have to talk with HR or the Dealer for that information. Really? Never have that problem with Home Depot or Lowes should have gone there

~Randy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Randy: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about John Deere's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Randy: For that I would say five out of five.

~Randy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for John Deere to know who you are.
