~Sad for Dad Who Did Trust JH: JH has proven it is outdated and poorly run. What could be worse when investing? I've discussed my need for tax*purchase*sales histories with * service reps - all courteous, etc but without solutions. Unfortunately, JH has not updated electronically in a serious, secure manner which impedes past customer information with any ease or precision. The final solution always comes down to the customer - never again potential, of course - conceding and losing. Many excuses, not one sign of using complaints to improve. Lots of defensive excuses and happily stuck in the **th century.
