~Rit: Can not believe that the phone call is not answered or you are placed on a * list and they never answer for example a couple of times I called and was ** waited about * minutes went to * five and waited more minutes and went from * to * to * to * and then back to ** I talked to someone named Dan and he insured me before I purchased this computer that your service dept was one of best Then after ** days the computer crashed then I talked to some one name Tom B and now he will not call me back I am out *** dollars and can not get m money back because it has been more than ** days but if you had answered my phone call or emails then it would have been less than the ** days. Now all I want is for you to do is repair this and send it back S Rit
