~Heather M: The only other time I've been this frustrated is with a government website. My computer, ordered from TigerDirect, wouldn't boot from initial hookup. After turning it on and off ** times, it finally booted up. I hoped it was just a rough start to my new-to-me computer. I've gotten refurbs from TD before and was very happy. But, after setting up the computer, and shutting it down for the night, it hasn't booted up since. That was * weeks ago. Emails to Joy Systems wound up in more emails and forwards, and eventually the instruction for me to call the CS line. I waited for ** minutes and was hung up on when their operation shut down for the day. *All of the people that I emailed and one of them couldn't follow up with a simple email? And after waiting for ** minutes on the phone, they couldn't just answer the call and take down a few notes to call me back in the morning? Very unpleaseant company to deal with so far, and I just want to be done with them by now. I don't have the kind of ti

~Heather M: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Heather M: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Heather M: For that I would say two out of five.
