~misschy: I am watching The Billion Dollar chicken shop. *now......**. i love KFC *i find it disgusting that the KFC workers are cleaning the shop with no gloves and no aprons wearing the same uniform they will be cooking with this is on TV as well . **. there was a worker cleaning the toilet with no gloves on . such disregard to health and safety makes me wonder if food hygiene is adhered to. this was shown in the first quarter of the program. *I would suggest that one person is specifically allocated for cleaning and has nothing to do with serving food..*I am wondering what guarantees i have that KFC staff that clean the toilet with no gloves on are staying within food safety standards. *I have also instances whereby i bought * KFC chicken wings and i have had * put in my bag. i have gone back and they refuse to give me my wing . this has happened a lot and i really despise this as I actually pay.

~misschy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~misschy: For that I would say five out of five.

~misschy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
