~rdrum: I travelled * miles to Laplata Md "Store Number ***, Manager named Tracy!" The customer service on drive thru was terrible, the employee greeted me by saying hold please, she then responds back * minutes later and asked if she can help with something. I immediately gave her my order and asked for the * piece special, her reply was hold on please she then comes back ten minutes later and tells me... We don't have any grilled chicken its going to be about twenty minutes, I then responded and asked for original, she gain replied hold on, five minutes later she say we don't have any original its going to be another twenty minutes. I then asked to speak to the manager, she then say just pull and you can speak to her. The manager then had me waiting * minutes, while looking at me waiting as if to say.. yeah your going to wait till I'll get to your ***. When she came to the window she abruptly slammed open the window and said you want to speak to me in her ghetto tone. I said **** yeah
