GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman-cmvillal: Today is *-*-** I am in Ceres CA on whitmore ave, as I am ordering my family's dinner, my cashier walks away before completing my order, I then ask for a potpie in which im told sure we have four left, by who I assume was a cook, as he was next to fryer, the cashier did a slight move to look and informs me that there aren't anymore, sorry! ....A gentleman comes from around the corner and says they want to wait, at this point I have no choice,but to wait....He then replies"ya they go fast". I wonder why he doesn't have any cook and ready if he himself knows they sell good and and fast! I then pay for my dinner with my debit card and I am not given a receipt, and the cashier syas nothing to me and continue on to the next customer, I then mention to her she hadn't given me one and she says, they don't print up here only in the office! I love this chicken and the pot pies....When paying with my debit card I automatically expect a receipt.... Absolutely unacceptable for an establishment such as KFC!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-cmvillal: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-cmvillal: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other KFC customers?
GetHuman-cmvillal: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
