~AmyinFLA: I called the line and feel they will assist BUT I wanted to point out that nobody should take a credit card from customers view in this day & age of so much theft. The register was right by the window yet the person waiting on me took my card out of my view while compiling order. I came hm and cancelled my credit card so I don't have to worry. Could have been innocent but not worth risk.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting KFC. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a KFC problem?
~AmyinFLA: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AmyinFLA: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AmyinFLA: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other KFC customers?
~AmyinFLA: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
