GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's KFC customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Melanie D: I was the first car at the drive thru. The employee came on and said he would be with me in a moment. I waited seven (*) minutes at the menu and when he came back to me, his exact words were "yeah, what do you want?." My response was "how about a thank you for waiting?" No response from your employee. I proceeded to give him my order and when I ordered mashed potatoes, he replied we don't have that. NO MASHED POTOATOES AT A KFC AT DINNER TIME????? I was livid and went inside. I asked for the manager and a woman raised her hand. I proceeded to tell her about her employee and her restaurant and she just stared at me. I left. Of note, there we only two (*) customers that I could see in your restaurant at the time. No idea why it took so long to take my order. I have been to this location before and you need to know that it is poorly managed and a bad image for the KFC brand. You really need to have several unannounced visits to get a true picture of your store and how poorl

~Melanie D: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Melanie D: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Melanie D: For that I would say three out of five.

~Melanie D: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
