GetHuman-309484: My husband went to the cedar falls iowa location .employees more interested in talking to each other then paying attention to getting the order. When he brought it home we were missing * large sides and the chicken was tiny and very dry. I havebeen eating kfc since I was a child and this was the worst I've ever had. We've had bad service there before but the food was always good. This time really disappointed.when I contacted them I got rude employees on the phone and no results. Very disappointed. This was my choice for my birthday dinner with family.not sure well go back after this experience.*Karrie nicolaus iowa
