~HILLJRBIGE@AOL.COPM: Notation: My order was $*.** for a **.*I asked if I could get * breest, her answer was, "yes"...what she failed to inform me that there was a $*.** extra for * brests.* I do feel that the cashier SHOULD! by all means.."iform the customer of the extra $*.** rather than smile silly and say, "come back to see us". * The reason does not justify the aaumption--*TELL THE CUSTOMER AT THE ONSET OF THE ORDER!*..i TRUST YOU WILL MAKE THE NECESSARY AND FAIR ADJUSTMENT IN ALL OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS -KFC.

GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HILLJRBIGE@AOL.COPM: For that I would say two out of five.
