~meddaugh: Was told when I placed my order it would be * min. until chicken was ready. Well I was waiting in the lobby (for ** min). I could over hear the employees taking about ***. When they finally call me for my order, it was the wrong order. it took them another * min. to figure out what went wrong. then they realized they did not have any potatoes, so I had to wait for them to make some more. The lobby was dirt and the kitchen floor had trash all over it. I was very disappointed on every level. Then to top it off when I got my food home they got my order wrong AGAIN!

~meddaugh: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~meddaugh: For that I would say one out of five.

~meddaugh: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
