~Disappointed: I went to the KFC at **** West Grand Blvd. In Detroit, Mi and the * people in front * of me got their money back because they did not have any plastic utensils that were wrapped in plastic. I waited ** minutes while the cashier went back and forward with one customer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and it took her another ** minutes to come. She finally came after I asked for the store number and a telephone number where I could file a complaint. She was very rude and gave me incorrect information. I have had other problems with this same store. They always leave item out of my order and they are very slow. I am done with dealing with KFC altogether after this experience.

~Disappointed: For that I would say five out of five.

~Disappointed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
