~pwilson: I am a Providers office calling from North Carolina with billing questions regarding the patients benefits. I was told to fax my request in. This is an Urgent care, the patient came in our office after *:** our time. Is this a medicaid policy? When I tried to bill it, my system required a referring doctor. FAX MY REQUEST, what an answer.
