~Limom3: I found a car rental at Kayak.com. I filled out dates, pick up and return city, times, etc. when I clicked to buy the car was much smaller and a different class than the one listed. Instead of a car that got ** mpg and held * adults and * large bags it showed an economy car that held much less. I did a search for customer service phone numbers and finally got a human in The Philipines. She looked at her site, could not understand that I was looking at the Kayak site, and could not understand how to look at the same site. She told me that it was correct that if I wanted the advertised car it would cost much more than the advertised price and if I wanted to pay the advertised price they had a much smaller car for me. She told me that there was no supervisor, manager or other person I could speak with and she did not have to give a last name. I asked if they had a phone number that would reach someone in the United States and she said this was the on,y customer service number. It is illeg
