~poor service: No ability to help - couldn't even find my booking on their systems and kept saying Air Canada could help - which Air Canada verified they cannot help. Did not try to find a solution or be proactive. After over ** years of using Kayak this was enough to end my loyalty to them. I would NEVER recommend paying for a flight on their website.
