Was told that the computer print-out I had did not contain the proper numbers for me to cancel my reservation. the gentleman was unable to find my reservation in the system. He suggested I call the hotel directly. I did. They said I need to cancel the reservation through Kayak. Please contact me with what I should do next.******@***.com
