~Valery: i have booked * flights for $*.*** one week ago but the payement never went through so i havn't receved the tikets. a couple of days later i booked my tikets using air canada and i ve got my * tikets. right after you took $*.*** from my bank account. I have tried to call many times and nobody never answer or call me back.

~Valery: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Valery: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kayak's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Valery: For that I would say one out of five.
