~michale: I purchased *pairs of keen flip-flops, the blue &gold are in great shape like they should be because I do not wear any of my shoes for long periods. I have *pairs now and I love your shoes but the black ones are horrible! I noticed that where they cross at the top the material has started to separate and crack and I've only had them for almost a year. The shoes otherwise look fine and it's just the left shoe. I pay good money for my shoes and this should not be happening? What can we do to fix this are you going to send out a new pair?
