~Mark: I got a technician right away who understood my problem, explained the cause and gave me the solution.*(I was trying to load the new firmware into my KVT-***. As instructed, I burned a disc. He said I should have burned an audio or movie disc. And didn't know why this critical piece of information didn't appear in the instructions or near the download button).**Don'y know about the line being disconnected in the past. It works now.
