~brenda: This number is just horrible i tryed to make A complaint about one of the stores customer service becouse they lost my layaway so i reshoped and went to put the stuff in layaway waited ** min just ti be told the computers were down so they manager informed us they would put our name and phone numbers on our baskets ans call when the computers were fixed well that never happened and when i went back my basket was gone again the manager said oh well what do ypu want me to do you will just have to reshop for the stuff realy this is crazy

~brenda: For that I would say three out of five.
