~ryanm: I called customer support to cancel my service. The wait wasn't that bad for over the phone support, but when I spoke to the woman she was abrupt, rude, and made absolutely zero attempts to save my account or inquire as to why i was going to cancel. I feel sorry for anyone who has an invested interest in this company because they have major flaws in their support system.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Knology. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Knology problem?
~ryanm: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ryanm: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Knology's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ryanm: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Knology customers?
~ryanm: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Knology to know who you are.
