~anonymous: The people on this help line are not very knowledgeable about computers or Kobo. They all read from scripts and when the script does not match your issue you get brushed off. * *We can not download the books in our Kobo account to our computer even though I am using all the software they recommend. When we asked for a refund the manager When my wife asked to speak to a manager, started by insulting her and growing ever more rude.**I will not ever buy another e-reader or book from Kobo, since they told us that Kobo will only allow you to download the book you ourchase for * year. After that year they remove access to the book. Where does it say that in the policy?
