GetHuman-345853: This was a total and complete waste of time. I have a **** printer, worked for a few years ok then printhead and black ink started to mess up. Then tried to call support, that was a complete joke. Could not understand what he was saying and asked to repeat several times. i'm in the usa, you'd think Kodak would put a support team in the USA that you can understand. I am no longer dealing with Kodak,gonna trash the printer and buy another brand. If you have a Kodak product, don't bother wasting your time trying to call tech support, just trash it and buy another brand
