~Laura: I haven't been able to get through. First the voice would say there was an error and it would hang up on me. More recently when I call I'm left on hold for a very long time.

~Laura: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Laura: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Laura: For that I would say five out of five.
