~Megan: I called to inquire whether or not the enzymes in one of their products were animal based, and the woman who answered was very hostile, her accent was hard to understand, and she could not tell me where else I could find the information I needed, since she didn't know. She put me on hold to supposedly find the answer, but she came back saying that she didn't know and told me what I'd initially told her - that it could be either animal or microbial. I eventually got frustrated and gave up trying. Very dissatisfied with this call and I still can't find the information anywhere.
