~Ms.Wade: I am a very unsatisfied customer as I went into store ***** in Brandon FL on Monday *********. As I placed an order at *:**am for ** doughnut holes the clerk ranged me up & gave me the box of doughnuts that were on display. I was the only one in the store at this time. Once i made it outside to my car I touched the doughnuts & realized that they were ice cold. So when I went back into the store to advise the clerk, she stated that the only thing she could do was place them in the microwave. As she took my box to the back, she then came back and stated that the microwave was broken & she was advised by her manager "Cassandra" that they were not allowed to warm doughnuts up for customers. So as I proceeded to ask for a fresh batch of doughnut holes (as the HOT light was on) she stated that they didn't have any and the only ones they had were the one's that they made at *:**am this morning. Very upset at this time I requested a full refund. The clerk then took the doughnut box from me &

~Ms.Wade: For that I would say five out of five.
