GetHuman-429645: I waited **:** minutes for someone to connect with me and then was told it was a situation for a different number*department but when I discussed the email in front of me that was sent to me July ** the person I was speaking to said to hold on and she would try to see if she could get it taken care of. When she finally got back on the phone she gave me information that I had to dispute and she said to hold on and she would see if she could get it corrected. At that point we were disconnected completely and I have not been able to resolve the issue which is I am due to receive two free coupons for fulling the requirements of submitting ten code numbers on my l'Oreal hair coloring and to date have received nothing. I cannot constantly sit with the phone to get this situation rectified and would appreciate having someone kindly send me my two free coupons for my hair coloring.
