~Christine: I cancelled my membership in January **** and they failed to record this and charged me TWICE for months following even after I had phoned to complain. Disgusted. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

~Christine: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Christine: For that I would say five out of five.
