~ralphie: The LA fitness in woodbruy heights is failing its members*patrons.*The locker room, pool, lavatory, showers, and sauna are all filthy.*They smell. They're bacteria infested. They are completely unsanitary....*the sauna specifically. It has not been cleaned in months & wreaks of something*wickedly awful -- Like a port-a-potty during the summer -- YUCK!*Also, it has been rumored that MULTIPLE members (&sauna users)*have contracted a skin*staph infection of some sort from this gym.*Actually, it isn't a rumor...as a close friend of mine told me he now has MRSA*and his doctor blamed his sauna usage at LA Fitness (in woodbury hts. NJ)*B*c he complained of how disgusting it was in there numerous times, him me, other*members have all voiced their concerns and their displeasure*with the conditions &*situations that arise from said conditions. I am not sure if this is a matter*for the B.B.B.??? But, I sure hope it is. As I surely am in need*of someone (or some organization) that has some power t

~ralphie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ralphie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LA Fitness's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ralphie: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LA Fitness customers?
~ralphie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LA Fitness to know who you are.
