~George S: Customer service is in another country, has hard accent to understand. I have tried by email *X to set up repair service with no help. I set up a service call by the chat but when I needed to schedule it for a week in advance due to being away, I was told to call back. When I called back, the customer service rep with a tough accent set me up for an appointment and said for me to call the service person to verify. The service person doesn't even have a voicemail greeting that a business would have. then I never heard from them. I called LG back as directed, and had a discussion about the fact that my TV was NOT serviced yet. Then I was told to wait until the service date (* days more at this point) and if no one showed up to call back to reschedule. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? After expressing that this was NOT OK, the kind person rescheduled me for the next day. Hopefully the service guy arrives.

~George S: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~George S: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LG Electronics's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~George S: For that I would say five out of five.

~George S: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LG Electronics to know who you are.
