~pissed: I've been trying to get a faulty Blu-ray issue resolved. After dealing with the lg tech spt non speaking English this lg bp*** Blu-ray player is going into the **** trash. All this tech spt lg staff does is put you into a tight hard loop into infinity. They requested proof-of-purchase. They were provided proof-of-purchase Saturday, ** June ****. Never got email confirmation from them. Called today, Tue., ** June ****. The saga continues. This is the *rd month of dealing with these idiots. This Blu-ray player was a Christmas gift to me Christmas ****. I would not purchas an LG product if my life depended on it.
