GetHuman-sodermi: LG G* phone screen turning black and not coming back on. Phone totally stops working.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-sodermi: My husband and I purchased the LG G* phone August ****. Last month my phone seemed to overheat and the screen began fading to black. It would eventually return to Normal, but when I tried using it the same thing happened. It ultimately stopped working altogether the next day.*I went into my local AT&T store, they said it was the digitizer(?) and to contact my insurance carrier. *I did receive a replacement.*One later the same thing happened to my husbands phone, he does not carry insurance, so he is stuck with out a phone because the warranty was only good for a year.*It would seem that there is an issue with the phone..

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-sodermi: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LG Electronics's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-sodermi: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LG Electronics customers?
GetHuman-sodermi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LG Electronics to know who you are.
