GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-nycboy6: Big problem customer service not availbe USA they refuse to return warranty replacement battery that was overheating my LGG* phone bought from Tmobile july * **** battery sent LG Texas Aug * **** they say Fed Ex damaged it. Refused by Texas warehouse called ** times they hang up on me ** year old disabled person. Rude horrible to deal with finally returned phone for trade paperback to Tmobile and now after all that fighting BBB.ORG helped me get the battery now stuck with * batteries case and chargers and back cover. Never deal or buy LG again.
