GetHuman-125782: LG makes great products, however their customer service is as bad as their products are good. Very broken english hard to understand people seem more interested in giving you the runaround than helping you. After six calls no one had a concrete solution on how to send a wireless signal to my blu-ray player or what equipment to buy to acheive this. They did however re-route my call to an external vendor that for a charge of $** could give me the information I needed. Keep sending them jobs overseas so your CEO can make another billion.
