GetHuman-203767: From our first call out for repair on the **th Dec ****, until final first collection of tv on the *th Jan **, to have tv back from repair on the **th Jan, only to turn tv on, just after return to have a different issue to what it went in for repair, to then call LG repair centre, to be told a level * will call back.....never did??? Then for ourselves to call several more times, to then be told tv would be collected on the **th Jan, only to get a voicemail to be told on said day, due to adverse weather conditions, (**mins after our message was left???)LG repair is now CLOSED . I called on the **st Jan to be told courier will contact to arrange YET ANOTHER collection on **th Jan, only to get yet another call as due to driver sickness, our collection will not be happening today!!!!!!!!! I called LG customer services to yet again voice a complaint, I spoke to a level *, called Reece, who was going to look into our issue and call me back Monday afternoon or Tuesday at the latest...Im still
