GetHuman-149103: I spoke with two departments (all humans!)and they were both extremely helpful and courteous. I am sold on LG! I tried other *** numbers but no a good experience. I got this number from Best Buy Plano Tx (***********) and did followed the prompts and got a human being!!! My problem was solved in about * minutes!
