~Goldie: After ** minutes waiting. I was called into Rm *. The technician was in the room told me to sit down, and then he left the room. I was waiting in the room for another ** minutes.*While I was in the lab room, I heard the receptionist was telling the technician that I was in Rm * not Rm *. The technician came in to take my blood.**The receptionist refused to validate the parking ticket because it is less than an hour (** minutes). I ended up have to pay for * hours parking because it has passed an hour by the time I was leaving the parking lot. My sister who was waiting for me in the lobby* told me that the technician had asked another patient to Rm *. My sister heard he read my name on the folder while he walked to Rm *. My sister went to the receptionist to let the receptionist know that the technician has wrong patient. That was the commotion all about.

~Goldie: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Goldie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Goldie: For that I would say three out of five.

~Goldie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
