~Juju: Did not wipe down chairs in between patients until asked. Phlebotomist did wash hands in between last patient and me until I asked him to do so. He walked from last patient to me with gloves on and was about to start on be before I stopped him. These are basic standard precautions that are being completely ignored.

~Juju: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Juju: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Juju: For that I would say one out of five.

~Juju: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
