~Sunny: The lady who talked to me was very helpful in addressing my issue although my health care professional will still have to call them to update some information. My main frustration with Lab Corp is the difficulty in finding a customer service number to call them. The local number only gives a recording and I had to google it to find the gethuman.com site to find this number. The lady at Lab Corp gave me another number that is their main number. Shame on Lab Corp for making it so difficult to contact customer service.

~Sunny: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Sunny: For that I would say five out of five.
