~Kateh: i had called the contact * they give on the website and it took forever and the reps were not at all helpful, and one was a bit rude. When I found this * it made all the difference - I called *x and one time got a rep right away and the other time was only * mins wait - both reps were very friendly and helpful and i finally got the problem resolved.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LabCorp. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LabCorp problem?
~Kateh: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kateh: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kateh: For that I would say three out of five.

~Kateh: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
