GetHuman-253905: Good luck EVER getting them to answer the phone. Their customer service is so bad they have yet to "call me back" after I selected this option * days ago. Can't say I'll EVER buy a product for them again. Maybe they are great about warantee service, but I would never know because no one ever answers their phone
