~km123: I have called Lasko every business day, during business hours, for the past two weeks. Always get a message saying they are CLOSED already, and to call tomorrow. One time I got a message saying there was too high a call volume. Lasko has not answered my email from two weeks ago. Worst customer service I've experienced.

~km123: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lasko's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~km123: For that I would say four out of five.
