~Jessica: I found that this is actually Stouffer's Customer Service, but they did help me with my Lean Cuisine question*problem. They said I should have a response back and my points from delicious rewards in about * business days, so I can not say if they followed through and my problem has "officially" been solved just yet. However, I hope so and I what I can tell you is that they were very polite and quick. It's press * if you want to take a customer service survey or two if you don't want to participate. Once I hit two, a customer representative picked up right off of the bat. Anyway, this was my experience with this customer service line so far. Lean Cuisine customer car (when e-mailing) is awful, My issue is either never resolved or I don't get a response back at all, which is why I resorted to calling someone instead. Glad I did. Hope this helps!
