GetHuman-432430: just trying to order a remote with the model number for my mother who is a stroke victim and her bed does not work. First contact would not help w*o serial number. I said I would have the store call where we bought it and she said they would have to have the serial number. I asked to speak with someone who did not hate me and she connected me to the lead who asked again for the serial number. When I was trying to explain I had the number she needed she told me to calm down and not overtalk her. I told her she was a B and called back. She talked the same way and when I told her I did not appreciate being talked to like a child her reply was "well don't act like one" I told her that she was horrible at her job and would call back and talk to a supervisor. I was in a good mood when I called, but that ended quick. Listen to the tape. I drove to the furniture store to get the info we needed and the manager looked it up for me & called me back. Seems like it would be simple to call
