GetHuman-272008: Have unit that I wrote headquarters about. * months old. I ask if its true they don't stand by what they sell and was put on hold I guess so she could get an answer what it ended bring I have to call pay service call. This is so very wrong. Don't ever buy a Lennox heat pump. I have thoughts of taking it out and shipping back to corporate. Won't every recommend to anyone.
