I am very displease and would not recommend any one to this company. My son broke his leg on ******** and was admitted at ST. Vincent East. On June * he was seen by his doctor and June * he was seen by another. I have document proof. I called ********* number ***-***-**** to file and claim the customer service rep ask what happen I explained she informed me that they will send claim form in mail, to fill it out and attach a copy of a ****uv form bill to it from hospital. The from came on **********. I filled it out and on **********, I when to the hospital to get form and the billing rep Keshia *-***-***-**** informs me that they never give that information out to the patient. I immediately call Liberty Ins
