While holding, I used cell phone to call local agents listed, only to be told that I'd been left holding in vain because customer service reps were off. My problem with this is that most professional offices inform you that the office is closed when you call, not place you on hold for a representative that's not in the office. I no longer want to do business with Liberty National.
